The duration of the warranty will vary depending on the type of dental service, and customers will be informed of the specific terms prior to the commencement of any procedures.

Warranty Conditions at Nha Khoa Home

Personal information must be consistent with the records in our management system.
In the event of a lost warranty card, customers will still be eligible for the warranty if they are verified as patients of Nha Khoa Home.
Dental crowns that experience cracks, breakage, detachment, or natural deformation (not due to external factors such as falls, sports, or chewing hard foods) will be covered by the warranty after they have been properly placed.
